The idea of Gram Sewa Samiti was conceptualized in 2017 to mark the grand celebrations of 150th birth year of Mahatma Gandhi and Kasturba Gandhi in 2018-19 by initiating a comprehensive project of selfless service of rural development.
Through Gram Sewa Samiti, we aspire for increasing the awareness of “Look beyond yourself”, which not only results into betterment of the left behind communities of our society but also give immense self-gratification and a chance to pay gratitude to the almighty for providing us the opportunity to serve the really needy people of villages.
Gram Sewa Samiti firmly believe in Gandhian philosophy of life and rural development i.e. the concept of Sarvodaya. Emphasis is given to the remote villages of the states and the under privileged groups of the society.
